A quick update. We had hoped to get Volume Two out at the beginning of September, but various delays at our printers has set us back a little. We’ve been promised delivery on 22 September, so expect your copies within a couple of weeks of that date. We’re as keen to get printed copies in our hands as you are, after working on the thing for the best part of 18 months! Thank you for your patience.
